Here’s how I get your sales performing
Leading your sales effort, coaching your people, or making sure your next hire is the right one. The aim is always the same, a business that sells without you doing the selling.

Sales stops when you stop
When you’re selling, nothing else gets done. When you’re not, nothing gets sold.
It all comes back to you
Holidays, a busy month in delivery, a project that eats your week. Whenever your attention goes elsewhere, so does the momentum.
New business comes from people you already know
Referrals and repeat work got you here. But you can’t plan around them, and when they slow down there’s nothing behind them.
The pipeline is a mystery
You can’t say with confidence what will land this quarter. The forecast is guesswork dressed up as a spreadsheet.
The last hire didn’t work out
Salespeople sell themselves for a living, so they interview well whether they can do the job or not. It’s an expensive thing to get wrong.
My approach
There’s a structure to this. Not one I read about, one I’ve built and proved. But you don’t need another framework, you need someone alongside you when it matters. In the deals, on the difficult calls, and available when something comes up you’ve not dealt with before. If you’ve got a team, I work with them. If it’s just you, you’re not on your own with it any more.

You don’t have to keep doing this on your own
An hour on the phone, no charge. Tell me what’s happening and I’ll tell you what I’d do about it.
